Terms & Conditions:
1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the 2023 Perodua Axia (auto) Grand Draw (“Grand Draw”) organized by INFODRIV ENTERPRISE.
2. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Grand Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. Participation in this Grand Draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Grand Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.
4. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Grand Draw and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
5. Participants agree to provide personal details and allow Vehs.com to collect data for administration and verification purposes.
6. INFODRIV ENTERPRISE has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. Such discretion is final and conclusive and INFODRIV ENTERPRISE is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
7. The decisions of INFODRIV ENTERPRISE on all matters relating to or in connection with the Grand Draw are final, conclusive and binding. INFODRIV ENTERPRISE shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Grand Draw.
8. Registering as a INFODRIVE member from 1st SEPTEMBER 2023 – 30 JUN 2024 and purchase driving license DA will entitle participants to (1) chance at the Grand Draw.
9. Purchasing from INFODRIVE app and RM1800-3600 will entitle participants to additional chances at the Grand Draw
10. Handwritten and duplicated receipts will not be accepted.
11. The grand prize is not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
12. INFODRIV ENTERPRISE reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the prize with any other item of a similar value.
13. The winner will be selected at random via online means and will be announced within 1 month from 1st JULY 2024.
14. The winner will be notified via any means of communication deemed appropriate including, but not limited to, SMS/Phone Call/Email.
15. The winner is required to respond within 24 hours to redeem the grand prize.
16. If the winner does not redeem their prize within two (2) calendar days, the prize will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from INFODRIV ENTERPRISE
